• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed for bespoke orders.

4. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom-made and bespoke hats are crafted to your specific requirements. As such, they are non-refundable unless faulty. A deposit may be required to begin production, with the balance due before delivery or collection.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Bespoke items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
• For ready-to-wear items, we accept returns within 14 days if unworn and in original condition.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Hat Hire Terms

Hired hats must be returned in the same condition by the agreed date. Late returns may incur a daily fee. Any damage may result in a repair or replacement charge.
